Founder & Artistic Director of MAANIMEC, specializing in cross-cultural percussion projects that blend Carnatic rhythmic cycles with Afro-Latin, jazz, and electronic music.
With a foundation in physics (B.Sc.) and a self-directed musical journey, I apply sound theory to innovate rhythmic design. My work moves beyond traditional drumming, incorporating acoustics and resonance theory to create textures that are physically felt as much as they are heard.
Based in London (Loughton), I actively bridge the gap between UK contemporary scenes and Indian classical heritage. My performances are not just shows, they are experiments in intercultural collaboration.
